Wow - my first card to share with you here on the Hazard County Card Challenge. I tell you Angela sure gave us a difficult challenge, really, did you see the colours on that wrapping paper. LOL
This card took me a bit to make but I think it turned out quite well. The circles may be a bit difficult to see. They are in behind the bird image and are stamped in Rose Red and Tangerine Tango. You know we were required to incorporate those colours in the card so I nicely tucked them in the background.
I did change up my pink a bit that really shows as Angela did say hot pink, so I went with Melon Mambo.
I hope you like this and have a great night. Can't wait to see what Angela has up her sleeve for next month.
Margaret :)

Hip Hip Hooray!!! So glad you've joined the 'Duke Divas' :) And what a great first card. I love how you used all the colours and the different pattern papers, and yet it's not overwhelming at all. It has a great flow. Nice distressing around the sentiment, and I'm drooling over that little hit of ricrac :) Love it!!
ReplyDeleteMargaret!!! Your card is awesome!! Very sneaky hiding the circles in the background like that. I love that "Happy Birthday" stamp.
